Tijuana River Basin
The project consisted in the design of the graphic identity of the “Program for the Integral Management of Water in the Tijuana River Basin”, including he logo, applications and website.
The logo was inspired by the different components that make up a basin, from the mountains in the upper basin where the river is born, to its mouth in the estuary, and including a tributary that flows into its main channel. The color palette of the image seeks to represent the balance between water, human beings and nature. The watercolor effect is to highlight the water component.
This project is an initiative carried out jointly by the Colegio de la Frontera Norte (COLEF), the Border Environmental Education Project (PFEA), Pronatura Noroeste (PNO) and Agua y Bienestar Social (ABISO), with the support of the Gonzalo Río Arronte Foundation.
